Give unto the Lord a shout of joy!
Rejoice in the Lord, O you righteous.
Praise from the upright is beautiful,
Make melody to Him, sing it out!
Sing unto Him a new song, my soul,
Sing to the God of my salvation.
With my whole heart, I will give Him praise
For God, You alone are so worthy.
For the angel of the Lord encamps
Round about me, right here as I live.
He encamps around those who fear Him.
I have no want, but to seek His face.
Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good!
Blessed is the one who trusts in Him now—
Who comes humbly before Him today,
With tender heart and contrite spirit.
The eyes of the Lord have compassion
And His ears are open to their cry.
Thank You for Your mercy upon us,
O God—Shouts of joy! And praise to You!
